You’re tired of generic treatment that doesn’t address your specific needs

You’ve tried PT before, but you spent most of your time doing exercises while your therapist bounced between multiple patients. Your shoulder is unique, your injury is specific, and you need personalized, 1-on-1 attention from a Doctor of Physical Therapy who takes the time to truly listen.

You’re worried you’ll never get back to your sport or activities

Every time you try to return to gymnastics, baseball, swimming, or even just lifting weights, the pain comes back. You’re starting to wonder if you’ll ever perform at your best again. You need a treatment plan built around your goals as an athlete.

You don’t have time for clinics with limited hours

Between work, training, and life, finding time for physical therapy appointments is a challenge. You need a clinic with extended hours and flexible scheduling that fits your life — not the other way around.
