If I could give more than 5 stars to In Motion PT, I would!

"I have been a patient at In Motion over the years for many different reasons - low back pain/sciatica, neck pain relating to vision issues, and most recently to prepare and recover from my double mastectomy. Because of all I've been through, I am a bit exercise phobic and anxious. Being able to work with Samara has shown me that I can do more than I think I can!"

Reformer Pilates is practiced on the Reformer machine, which adds resistance and intensity. Both are low-impact, full-body workouts that can help you feel better, improve balance and coordination, and build strength. If you’re not sure which to choose, reach out to us and we’ll help!
