Guided Flexibility

Guided flexibility sessions that build power, reduce pain, and help your body move the way it’s supposed to.

You’ve been stretching your whole life, but you’re still tight. Still sore. Still feeling like your body is the one thing holding your training back.

Here’s what most people don’t know: stretching on your own only gets you so far. Your body naturally guards against going past a certain point when you’re stretching by yourself. That’s where assisted stretching comes in.

Why not stretch alone?

Designed by Doctors of Physical Therapy. Delivered by trained Stretch Coaches. Instead of stretching alone, a professional guides your body through a fuller, safer range of motion than you could ever reach on your own.

MORE POWER - LESS PAIN - FASTER RECOVERY

How sessions worK

A focused session with James, our trained Stretch Coach, targeting your tightest areas — a great option for a quick reset between workouts or paired with another visit.

50-Minute Session

A full-body session with time to work through multiple problem areas and build toward longer-term flexibility.

The Benefits

What Assisted stretching does for you

More Power

Flexible muscle tissue produces more force when you jump, sprint, or swing. Stretching isn’t just for cooldown, it’s a performance tool.

Less Joint Pain

Taking a joint through its full range of motion consistently helps your body produce more synovial fluid, the natural lubricant that keeps joints moving smoothly.

Faster Recovery

Consistent assisted stretching reduces physical tension stored in the body, and athletes who stretch regularly often report better sleep and lower stress.

Better Everyday Movement

Getting up off the floor, reaching overhead, and your normal running stride all start to feel easier and more fluid.

FAQs About Assisted Stretching

Massage focuses on releasing muscle tissue directly. Assisted stretching moves your joints and muscles through a full range of motion with guided force, which is what actually builds long-term flexibility and power, not just short-term relief.

You should feel a deep stretch, not pain. Your Stretch Coach or PT will always work within a range that challenges your flexibility without pushing into pain.

Most athletes see the best results with weekly sessions during their season, though this depends on your goals and how your body responds. We’ll build a schedule around you.

No referral is required to start assisted stretching. If you have a more complex injury history, we may recommend starting with a PT evaluation first to make sure your program is safe and effective.

Assisted stretching is typically a cash-based service and is not billed through insurance. However you can use your FSA/HSA accounts to pay for sessions!

Stop feeling tight,
stiff, and stuck.
