Your experienced physical therapist will teach you how to improve your swing mechanics and build functional strength to maximize your power.
You’ll develop a more powerful swing that enables you to achieve longer drives (without pain).
Our program incorporates exercises and techniques aimed at preventing golf-related injuries.
Once you’re free of pain and the fear of injuries, you’ll be able to focus on your game, avoid setbacks, and enjoy your time on the course.
This program starts with a comprehensive assessment to evaluate your body movements and swing mechanics. This session gives you a chance to share any concerns you have and allows your experienced physical therapist to identify areas and issues that are impacting your golf game.
Once you’ve completed the assessment, our TPI-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy will create a personalized golf training program for you. This plan is completely customized for you based on your goals and the results of your evaluation.
As you work through your training plan, you’ll build strength and flexibility to improve your swing, minimize pain, and enjoy a strong, consistent performance on the course.
If an injury (new or old) is affecting your golf performance, you’ll receive a personalized rehabilitation treatment plan.
Depending on your needs, your physical therapy plan may include specialized exercise, manual therapy (such as cupping or joint mobilization), and targeted movements to help your body recover.
Once you’ve recovered from your injury, you can start to improve your golf performance. Your therapist will develop a personalized training program to help you reach your goals.
After your assessment (or following your injury rehab program), you can continue to work with us to improve your performance on the golf course.
